JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
ADEPR Church, Rwikubo Parish is seeking qualified, motivated, and dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team at La Découverte School and Le Paradis des Anges School. We invite applications from suitable candidates to fill the vacant positions.

Key Responsibilities for teachers:

• Planning and delivering lessons based on the national curriculum.
• Assessing student progress through grading and reporting.
• Providing guidance and advice to students on both educational and social matters.
• Participating in school development plans and practical activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. (TWO) Teachers TML — La Découverte School

• Education: Secondary Certificate (A2) in Education, Teaching Languages, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a private school.
• Skills: Ability to create engaging, student-centered lessons, competence with technology, and strong classroom management skills.

2. (ONE) Teacher TSM - La Découverte School

• Education: Secondary Certificate (A2) in Education, Teaching Sciences and Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a private school.
• Skills: Ability to create engaging, student-centered lessons, competence with technology, and strong classroom management skills.

3. (ONE) Teacher (Mathematics & French) - Le Paradis des Anges School

• Education: Secondary Certificate (A2) in Education or related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a private school.
• Skills: Ability to create engaging, student-centered lessons, competence with technology, and strong classroom management skills.

4. (ONE) Teacher Nursury-Le Paradis des Anges School

• Education: Secondary Certificate (A2) in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with young children.
• Skills: Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fostering early development.

5. (ONE) Accountant - Le Paradis des Anges School

• Education: Bachelor's degree (AO) in Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

General Personal Attributes:

All candidates should be willing to use modem teaching practices, have excellent communication skills in French, English, or both, and possess strong interpersonal skills. A commitment to continuous professional growth and safeguarding students is also required. Additionally, candidates must be willing to live in the Rwamagana district.
