Job responsibilities
Manage the ZU Program and provide effective steering, development, and implementation of the program;
Maintain a strategic overview of all aspects of the program design and implementation, ensuring coherence and quality assurance, as well as timely delivery of key documents and outputs;
Coordinate the needs identification, planning, and budgeting processes for the funded activities;
Coordinate and manage the hired experts and specialists by ensuring results-based performance in line with GoR and RSB policies;
Ensure periodic review and update of the Program Implementation Plan and regular reporting to stakeholders;
Ensure adherence to the donor disbursement procedures, and effective delivery of the program against the expected outcomes and existing donor agreements;
Establish and maintain effective, inclusive and collaborative working relationships with development partners and other key stakeholders;
Promote activities enhancing awareness of the project/program and contribute to knowledge-sharing;
Design an overarching risk mitigation plan for the project/program and regularly review the performance to ensure that risks are adequately identified, and that mitigation is effectively and promptly applied;
Ensure timely, and quality project/program reporting in line with RSB's guidelines and agreements with its development partners and stakeholders;
Support the implementation of recommendations from RSB Management, development partners and stakeholders on the Project/program activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Microbiology, Material Sciences, Information Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Food Sciences, Food Sciences & Technology, Life Sciences, Electronics Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Agriculture Sciences, Building Construction, Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management Engineering with 5 Years of relevant experience
Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Public Health, Civil Engineering, Microbiology, Information Technology, Material Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Electronics Engineering, Food Sciences, Agriculture Sciences, Physics, Life Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Construction, food Sciences & Technology, Industrial Engineering, metallurgy, Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management Engineering Best regards with 3 Years of relevant experience
Required certificates
Having professional certifications such as Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP), Professional in Project Management (PPM), or any other recognized project management professional certification is an added advantage.

Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French. Knowledge of all is an added advantage.

Working experience of three(3) years in Standardization, metrology and conformity assessment is required for Master's degree holder.
Working experience of five (5) years in Standardization, metrology and conformity assessment is required for Bachelor's degree holder.
