The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the public that there are available bilateral cooperation scholarships between the Government of Rwanda and the People’s Republic of China, through Inner Mongolia Medical University, for the academic year 2026– 2027. The scholarships are in the field of Medicine at Bachelor’s level.
Interested candidates are required to submit the following documents:
- Application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC;
- Copy of National ID;
- Curriculum Vitae (CV); and
- Copy of High School Diploma, Results Slip, or equivalent qualification.
Candidates must meet all the following academic requirements:
- Must have studied MCB, PCB, BCG, or ANP;
- Must have obtained a minimum overall score of 85%;
- Must have obtained a minimum of 85% in both Biology and Chemistry;
- Must have obtained a minimum of 70% in either Mathematics or Physics; and
- Must not be currently enrolled in a local or foreign university.
