GOVERNEMENT OF JAPAN - GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA SCHOLARSHIPS

The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the general public that, through the bilateral cooperation between the Government of Rwanda and the Government of Japan, the latter has offered scholarships for the 2026 academic year to Rwandan students in the following categories:

1. Undergraduate Students
2. College of Technology Students
3. Research Students (Master's - PhD)

Please note that a medical certificate is only required after a candidate has been selected for the written examination.
