TENDER TITLE: Supply of IT Equipment

Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite bids from suppliers for the supply of the following IT equipment grouped in Lots:

LOT 1: ThinkCentre neo 50 a 24 Gen 5 LOT 4: Dell 24 Touch USB-C Hub Monitor

LOT 2: ThinkPad T14s Gen 5 LOT 5: Accessories

LOT 3: ThinkPad L15 Gen 4 AMD Spec

Technical Specifications for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 30^th June 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 13^th August 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs, the delivery period and guarantee period.

Conditions for bidding:

- Manufacturer’s Authorization certificate for laptops

- Audited Financial Statements from the last 3 years

- Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate and RDB Trade License - Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate

- Performance Certificates for similar services provided elsewhere
