D-Bank Overview

The Bank of Kigali's Digital Factory, Retail Banking and Payment departments recently merged to form the new Digital Banking (D-Bank) division. The purpose of the department is to continue to advance the Bank’s digital transformation journey. We aim to drive and implement the Bank’s Payments Strategy to grow digital payments. We are responsible for the Retail strategy implementation from onboarding, to servicing, cross-selling and client retention. We are focused on bringing creative banking solutions to our customers. We are passionate about this digital transformation for our customers and their experience.
