Mobile Money Rwanda Limited is therefore Internally and Externally recruiting a highly competent and self-motivated individual for the position below.
Mission/Core purpose of the Job
Provide insights and analysis to improve channel performance, customer experience, and revenue generation. Support the growth and efficiency of Mobile Money channels.
Key Performance Areas
- Monitor performance of Mobile Money channels (agents, merchants, digital channels (apps, USSD, web)
- Track agent and merchant activity, transaction volumes, and service quality.
- Identify underperforming channels and recommend corrective actions.
- Build dashboards for real-time channel monitoring, prepare regular reports on channel KPIs, trends, and customer usage patterns.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making
- Assist in onboarding, training, and monitoring of agents and merchants.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, fraud prevention, and AML/KYC requirements
- Recommend enhancements to channel operations, tools, and customer touchpoints.
- Support rollout of new products and services through channel readiness assessments.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, compliance, IT) and external partners to resolve issues.
- Coordinate interventions to maintain service uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Identify underperforming regions, agents, or segments.
- Support initiatives to improve agent liquidity and service quality.
Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in analytics, telecom, fintech, or banking.
- Professional certification of ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, business or a related field.
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and channel operations.
- Experience in Mobile Money or agent network management is an added advantage.
