ENTERPRISE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SENIOR OFFICER (EPMO SENIOR OFFICER)

Job Summary

The EPMO Senior Officer will be responsible for providing support to project managers by ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers in planning and executing projects.
  • Maintain project schedules and assist in tracking project progress
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Provide support to project team members and ensure that projects documentations are accurate and up to date.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Organize and manage project steering committee
  • Prepare project reports from dierent stakeholders
  • Track and follow-up on project risks and issues, internal and external audit recommendations, and any other regulatory or international bodies findings
  • Onboard all projects in provided solution
  • Follow-up on project resource allocation and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant eld such as business administration, nance, or project management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the eld of project management
  • PMP certication is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
