1. Job Title: Data Managers A1/A0 (9 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, completeness of data collected at the health facilities Supervise and provide instructions for workers collecting and tabulating data. Collection, analysis, interpretation and production of Health Center Statistics

  • Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.

  • Consolidate statistical reports from different services/departments and projects operating under Health Center.

  • Provide reports of birth, death audit, disease surveillance and other HMIS reports to the supervisors

  • Data entry and actively participate in internal and external data quality assessment Supervise health centers in the catchment area to verify the reliability and quality of data.

  • Participate in hospital operational research and monitoring& evaluation activity

  • Perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Environmental Health Sciences, Data Sciences, Public Health, Information Systems, Community Health, Information Communication & Technology, Demography, Global Health, Nursing, Paramedical with 0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Environmental Health Sciences, Public Health, Community Health, Information and Communication Technology, Nursing, Demography, Global health, paramedical with 0 Year of relevant experience

Required competencies and key technical skills

  • Familiar with statistical software, possess good data entry and work processing skills

2. Job Title: Secretary And Customer Care (7 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  • Maintain the incoming and outgoing correspondences of the Sector;

  • Manage the agenda of the Executive Secretary;

  • Receive clients’ queries and direct them to the right personnel;

  • Keep the Sector’s store and manage flux on a daily basis;

  • Prepare logistics for meetings held at the Sector level.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies with 0 Year of relevant experience

3. Job Title: Accountants (3 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts and Ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations

  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

  • Review entries and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.

  • Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions with in designated limits.

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annually according to procedures

  • Adhere to internal and external reporting deadlines.

  • Be responsible for tax obligations

  • Review of accounts payables and weekly check runs

  • Monitor compliance with financial rules and regulations in forth and institutional procedures

  • Daily and monthly report and reconciliations

  • Reports, analyses and ensure integrity of all financial information.

  • Contribute to the hospital environmental hygiene

  • Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement of the hospital.

  • Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate line Manager.
