TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

 Direct aid is an international NGO established in Kuwait in 1981 providing humanitarian Services more than 30 countries in Africa. It is contributing in alleviating poverty, diseases, illiteracy and by focusing on food security, education, health and social area of operation.

Direct aid Rwanda office is here to purchase and distribute food item to the needy people of Rwanda. And hereby invites potential and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids in accordance to; Instruction to Bidders and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder:

• Quantity Mentioned above may increase or devrease according to the market price and budget line .
• The pricePotential bidders should provide per unit price of each item per kilo gram or liter
• Eligible documents: -Valid business license (G.C), VAT and tax clearance certificate (for most recent tax period).
• Company profile: -listing the bidders address, branch, structure resource...etc
• Pakaging:- Direct aid will provide the bag with Direct Aid logo for package. However, the supplier will take responsibility for package.

Bid submission deadline: 12th/02/2025 at 12:00pm

Sealed bids must be submitted in the locked box arranged for this purpose at the Direct Aid Head office in Kiyovu KN16/13, No bids will be accepted after the deadline specified above.

Bids will be opened on 12^th February 2025 at 2:00pm. Interested bidders or their representatives will attend.
