Practical Action (PA) in partnership with UNHCR have been implementing a five-years Renewable Energy for Refugees (RE4R) Phase II in 5 refugee camps in Rwanda, namely: Nyabiheke, Mahama, Kigeme, Mugombwa and Kiziba.

Practical Action hereby invites interested suppliers to bid for the tender to supply a 4X4 SUV to facilitate in implementation of RE4R Phase II .

The identified company should demonstrate the ability to provide after sale service to PRACTICAL ACTION.
