1. Job Title: Accountant (18 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  • Payments of the received requests (Invoices from Suppliers, salaries and related benefits) in finance

  • Recording of Financial transactions in Health Center’s books of accounts

  • Filling and reporting of Financial Statements

2. Job Title: Cashiers (14 Positions)

Job responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

Receive Payments from Patients:

  • Collect payments for health services (consultations, lab tests, medications, etc.).

  • Issue official receipts and ensure proper documentation.

Manage Cash Transactions:

  • Keep accurate records of all cash received and disbursed.

  • Ensure daily balancing of cash and report discrepancies immediately.

Prepare Daily Financial Reports:

  • Compile and submit daily revenue reports to the health center accountant or administrator.

Deposit Revenues:

3. Job Title: Data Managers (10 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Management Ensure accurate and timely collection of patient data from service delivery points (e.g., OPD, maternity, ART, immunization).

  • Maintain electronic and paper-based registers and tools (HMIS, DHIS2, OpenMRS, etc.).

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities health center activities.

Job responsibilities

  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Inspect and maintain hospital buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, windows, doors, and non-biomedical equipment (e.g. generators, water pumps).
