PKI Senior Integration Engineers

Job responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers through implementation. Establish processes/procedures to manage customer portfolio activity;

• Become a product expert, with strong understanding in configurations and data integration;

• Work cross-functionally internally to solve configuration challenges;

• Be proactive with issue resolution;

• Monitor new client implementations and existing client support; provide daily problem solving, coordination and leadership as required;

• Drive the efforts of technical and operations resources as they develop integrated software solutions and support systems to serve the partners and clients;

• Maintain ongoing reporting of partner/client status and activities;

• Collaborate with the Partner Management group and support partner vetting, sales, marketing, and training activity as needed;

• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
